4 Technical requirements
4.1 Materials
4.1.1 Copper braided wires shall be made of TR-type soft round copper wires in accordance with GB3953. For single wires with a diameter of 0.10 mm or less, TY-type hard round copper wires in accordance with GB3953 may also be used. 4.2 Tinned copper braided wires (sleeves) shall be made of TXR-type tinned soft round copper wires in accordance with GB4910. 4.1.2 Surface quality
The surface of the product shall be smooth and free of oil stains, and shall not have various defects that are inconsistent with good industrial products. 4.3 Strands and their joints
The braided layer of copper braided wire and tinned copper braided wire (sleeve) shall not be missing strands, skipping strands, missing strands or broken strands. The strand joints shall be trimmed neatly.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Products shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. The products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate. 5.2 Products shall be inspected according to the specified test items. The definitions of type test (T), sampling test (S) and routine test (R) shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB4909.1. 5.3 The sampling quantity of the test shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. If the demand party cannot make any requirements, it shall be determined by the manufacturer. If the test results of the sampling items are unqualified, double sampling shall be carried out for the unqualified items for a second test. If there are still unqualified items, 100% inspection shall be carried out.
5.4 The appearance of the products shall be inspected piece by piece with eyesight (normal vision). 6 Packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Packaging
6.1.1 Products should be delivered in reels or coils. Each package should be of the same model and specification. If two or more wire segments are contained in one package, the connection between the two wires should be clearly marked. If there are special requirements, the number of wire segments should be indicated. 6.1.2 The wire reels used for reel packaging should comply with the provisions of GB4005.1 and GB4005.2. 6.1.3 The weight of each coil of coiled wire shall not exceed 50kg, or it can be negotiated by both the supply and demand parties. Products packaged in coils should be added with moisture-proof materials and moisture-proof measures. 6.1.4 Each package should be attached with a label indicating: a.
Manufacturer name and trademark;
Model and specifications;
Length, m;
Gross weight and net weight, kg;
Date of manufacture
Standard number
The packaging of export products should comply with relevant regulations. 6.1.5
Transportation and storage
JB6313.1-92
Care should be taken to avoid damage to the product during loading, unloading, transportation and storage. The storage environment requires ventilation, dryness and no corrosive gases. Additional notes:wwW.bzxz.Net
