4.1 In addition to complying with the standards of each unit and being manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, each unit shall also comply with the requirements of this standard.
4.2 Each unit shall be debugged and qualified before it can be shipped. After being connected, it shall operate normally without blocking and spontaneous movement. The connection between each unit and the conveying device shall ensure uniform connection dimensions and installation dimensions. 4.3
The connecting pipes between each unit shall be straight and neat, and there shall be no leakage at the joints. 4.5
The electrical control shall coordinate the actions of each unit. This complete set of equipment shall be able to meet the requirements that the finished tomato sauce has no seeds or skin. 4.6
The working noise shall not be greater than 85dB(A).
The concentration of the finished tomato sauce shall reach 28% at the above production capacity. 4.8
The parts in contact with tomato sauce shall be made of materials that meet food hygiene requirements. 4.10 Electrical components should be safe and reliable, well grounded, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 2MQ, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 0.2Q. 5
Test method
Production capacity
Use a scale with a graduation value of 1kg to measure the output of the equipment for 1h, and then convert it into 1-day production capacity, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.2 Unit steam consumption
Use a steam flow meter with an accuracy of 1.5 and the condensate weighing method to measure the steam consumption of this complete set of equipment per unit time, and then compare it with the corresponding unit time production capacity, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.3 Unit water consumption
According to the provisions of Article 5.3 of QB/T1702.7, use a flow meter with an accuracy of 0.5 to measure the water consumption per unit time, and then compare it with the unit time production capacity, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.4 Total power consumption
Use a three-phase power meter with an accuracy of 0.5 to measure the power consumption of each unit, and then add them up. The value shall not be greater than the total installed capacity specified in Table 1.
5.5 Noise
Use a sound level meter with an accuracy of ±1dB to test in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ50004 and shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.7. 5.6 Tomato sauce concentration
Use an Abbe refractometer to test and shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.8. 5.7 Other items shall be inspected by conventional methods such as visual inspection, ear listening, and hand touch. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 This complete set of equipment can only be shipped after each unit passes the factory inspection. 6.2 This complete set of equipment shall be inspected in accordance with Articles 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 4.9 before it can be shipped. 313

6.3 Type inspection shall be conducted in the following cases. a.bzxZ.net
Final identification of new product trial production or old product transfer production: b. After normal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and process, which may affect product performance, it shall be conducted every five years during normal production;
When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement of type inspection. 6.4 Type inspection shall be conducted on the basis of qualified type inspection of each unit, and the inspection items shall include the requirements of Article 3.4 and Chapter 4. Type inspection shall be conducted in the user unit.

"Handle with care", "Lifting instructions", "Upward", "Moisture-proof" and packaging year and month and other words and marks. 8.1.3.2 The packaging mark should comply with the provisions of GB/T191. 8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 Each single machine is packaged separately.
8.2.2 Product packaging should comply with the provisions of JB/T2759. 8.2.3
Each product should be provided with the following documents: a.
Instruction manual;
Product certificate;
Packing list.

If the product is provided to the user as a set, the instruction manuals of each single machine can be combined, and the above documents should be placed in a moisture-proof bag. 8.3 Transportation
8.3.1 The transportation of products should be adapted to the requirements of land and water transportation and loading. 8.3.2 The transportation and loading and unloading of products should be handled with care and gentleness, and inversion and stacking are strictly prohibited. 8.4 Storage
8.4.1 The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and corrosive-free warehouse. 8.4.2 If the storage period of the product exceeds six months, it should be unpacked and inspected, and repainted and packaged if necessary. 9 Quality Assurance
Under the condition that the user complies with the storage and use rules, within one and a half years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer and within one year from the date of installation, if the product is damaged and cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall replace parts and repair the product for the user free of charge.
