3.1 Terms and definitions:
3.1.1 Fusing short-circuit current
When the short-circuit protection device (SCPD) is a fuse, the limiting short-circuit current at this time is called the fusing short-circuit current. 3.1.2 Pollution degree
The pollution degree is a classification of environmental conditions based on the amount of conductive or hygroscopic dust, free gas or salts and relative humidity, as well as the frequency of surface resistivity reduction events due to moisture absorption or condensation. 3.1.3 Installation category (overvoltage category)
For electrical appliances or equipment installed in low-voltage systems with matched insulation. According to its rated insulation voltage to ground (U,), its peak value of impulse withstand voltage to ground is specified accordingly, that is, its installation category (or overvoltage category) is specified. The installation category is based on the protection of the transient overvoltage suppression device; the transient voltage breakdown value of the transient overvoltage suppression device should be equal to the priority value of the impulse withstand voltage of the specified installation category (overvoltage category).
3.1.4 Automatic reset device
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on October 15, 1991, 74
Implemented on October 1, 1992

7.3.2 Type test rules
JB5790—1991
a. For 7.3 a, the test products used for type test must be formal samples, and there should be no less than 2 units for each test item. If one unit fails in any test item, the type test is considered to be unqualified. After the defects of the test product are eliminated, the type test can be carried out again until all test items are passed. Only then can the type test be considered to be qualified. b. For 7.3 bf, the controller used for type test must be randomly selected from the batch of products that have passed the factory test. There should be no less than 2 units for each test item. If all the specified type test items can be passed, it is considered that the type test is qualified. If one unit fails in one item during the test, retesting is allowed. The number of units for retesting should be doubled according to the original sampling number. If the retesting passes, the test is still considered to be qualified. If one unit still fails, the type test is unqualified.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
A durable nameplate made of corrosion-resistant and flame-retardant material should be installed in a conspicuous position on the controller. The nameplate should indicate: a.
Manufacturer's name or trademark;
Model and name;
Rated working voltage;
Agreed heating current;
Rated frequency;
Manufacture date;
Ship inspection mark.
8.2 Packaging
The transport packaging of each controller should be rainproof or moisture-proof and protect the product from damage during transportation. The outer wall of the packaging box should have obvious and durable text marks, and the content should include: a.
Manufacturer name and address;
Consignee name and address;
Product name, model, quantity:
Product weight, size;
Mark "Marine controller", "Packing year and month", "Handle with care", "Do not get wet" and other words or symbols. The technical documents provided with the product packaging include packing list, product certificate, product installation and operation manual. 8.3 Transportation and storage
The packaging box shall not be attacked by rain or snow during transportation and storage. The product should be placed in a warehouse with good air circulation and relative humidity not more than 90% (at 20±5℃) and temperature of -25~+45℃. 9 Spare parts
The manufacturer shall have spare parts such as contacts and contact springs for the controller, and the quantity shall be specified in the specific product technical documents. Additional notes:
