6.1 The belt shall be inspected and accepted by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer. 6.2 The size and appearance quality of each belt shall be inspected. 6.3 Belts of the same cross-section and the same material shall be produced in batches of no more than 2,000 pieces. If the quarterly output is less than 2,000 pieces, the quarterly output shall be one batch. In each batch of products, a specified number of specimens shall be taken for physical machine performance inspection. 6.4 For HM type belts of the same material, fatigue life and outer circumference change rate tests shall be conducted. For monthly production of more than 5,000 belts, samples shall be drawn once every quarter, for 2,000 to 5,000 belts, samples shall be drawn once every six months, and for less than 2,000 belts, samples shall be drawn once a year. 6.5 If one of the physical and mechanical properties and fatigue life tests does not meet the corresponding level, double samples shall be taken from the batch of products for retesting of the item. If one of the two retest results still does not meet the corresponding level, the batch of products shall be downgraded or unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Each belt shall have obvious marks that cannot be washed off, including the following: manufacturer name or trademark;
b. Mark or model and reference length
c. Year and month of manufacture.
7.2 The belts shall be bundled and packaged according to model and specification.
7.3 During transportation and storage, the belt should be kept away from direct sunlight or rain and snow, kept clean, and prevented from contact with substances that affect the quality of the belt, such as acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents, to prevent mechanical damage and be kept 1m away from the heating device. 7.4 During storage, the warehouse temperature should be maintained between -18 and 40℃, and the relative humidity should be maintained between 50% and 80%. During storage, the belt should be prevented from being deformed by excessive weight. It is best to hang the belt on a crescent-shaped rack or place it flat on the shelf. 7.5 In compliance with Articles 7.3 and 7.4 of this standard, the manufacturer guarantees that the physical and mechanical properties and fatigue life of the product will still meet the requirements of this standard within a storage period of no more than one year from the date of manufacture. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Qingdao Rubber Industry Research Institute. This standard was drafted by Tianjin Rubber Machine Belt Factory. The main drafter of this standard is Jie Deli.
