3 Product classification
3.1 White cardboard is divided into three grades: A, B and C.

3.2 White cardboard is flat paper.
3.3 The size of white cardboard is 880mm×1230mm, 787mm×1092mm or as specified in the contract. The size error shall not exceed ±3mm, and the skewness shall not exceed 3mm.
3.4 According to the contract, various colors of cardboard can be produced. Except for whiteness, all other aspects shall be assessed according to the technical requirements of white cardboard. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The technical indicators of white cardboard must comply with the requirements of Table 1. Approved by the State Bureau of Light Industry on April 21, 1999

4.2The paper cutting should be neat and clean.
4.3The fiber structure of the paper should be uniform and meet the paper sample specified in the order contract. 4.4The paper surface should be flat and free of paper defects such as spots and streaks. Specification

4.5 The color of paper should be consistent, and each batch of paper should not have significant differences. 4.6 Factories with conditions can produce white cardboard with embossed patterns according to order requirements. For white cardboard with special embossed patterns, smoothness and whiteness are not checked.
4.7 Those with the following conditions are classified as second-class products.
4.7.1 Smoothness is less than 20% of the standard. 4.7.2 Stiffness is less than 20% of the standard. 5 Test method
Quantitative determination shall be made in accordance with GB/T 451.2.

5.2 Whiteness shall be determined in accordance with GB/T8940.1. QB/T3523-1999
5.3 Burst index shall be determined in accordance with GB/T1539. 5.4 Smoothness shall be determined in accordance with GB/T456. 5.5 Sizing degree shall be determined in accordance with GB/T460. 5.6 Stiffness shall be determined in accordance with GB/T2679.3. 5.7 Dust degree shall be determined in accordance with GB/T1541. 5.8 Delivery moisture shall be determined in accordance with GB/T462. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 One delivery shall be considered as a batch, but shall not exceed 30t. 6.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the products produced meet the requirements of this standard, and each piece of paper shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate when delivered. 6.3 Product delivery inspection sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828. 6.4 The sample unit for delivery inspection of white cardboard is piece. 6.5 The sampling and pre-inspection sample treatment shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450. The delivery inspection sampling items, sequence and inspection level, sampling plan and acceptable quality level (AQL) shall be as specified in Table 2. 6.6

6.7 The user has the right to inspect the product quality according to this standard. If there is any objection to the quality of paper, the user should notify the manufacturer within three months after arrival (or as stipulated in the contract) to jointly re-inspect or entrust the inspection department to re-inspect. If it does not meet the requirements of the judgment number of this standard, it will be judged as a batch of nonconforming products and the manufacturer will be responsible for handling it.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Packing and marking shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342. 7.2 Transport shall be carried out by using a canopy and clean means of transport. 7.3 Paper shall not be dropped from a height.
7.4 Paper shall be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow and ground moisture. 575
