QB/T 2441.2-1999
This standard is based on the requirements of the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision to clean up and rectify national standards. The original national standard GB6294.2-1986 "Shearing pliers and top cutting pliers" was changed to an industry standard (this standard was issued by the State Light Industry Bureau [1999] No. 112 document and converted to QB/T 3852.2--1999, the content is the same as before). This standard is based on the original national standard GB6294.2-1986, and refers to the international standard ISO5748:1988 "Twist and cut pliers-top cutting pliers dimensions and test values", and cancels the original national standard "A" and "B" classification of the bending strength and shear force of the pliers handle.
From the date of implementation of this standard, the original national standard GB6294.2-1986 "Shearing pliers and top cutting pliers" will be abolished. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, and the participating drafting units are Beijing Telecom Tool Factory, Zhejiang Wanda Tool Co., Ltd., etc.
