4 Test steps
Select the paint varieties specified in the paint stripper product standard, and prepare paint films on three aluminum plates (or the bottom plates specified in the standard, if tinplate is used, no grinding is required) according to the provisions of GB/T1727. Make the paint film dry according to the specified drying conditions. After drying, at (23 ± 2) ℃, apply paraffin or other suitable substances to the edge of the sample to prevent the paint stripper from overflowing to the outside of the board. Place the wax-containing or uneven paint stripper in a constant temperature oven or water bath and heat it to 40 ℃ to melt it into a uniform whole. Use a brush (or glass rod) to apply or spread the paint stripper on the paint film according to the amount specified in the product standard. At the same time, start the timer, check the area percentage of the paint film expansion and wrinkling at the specified time, and judge whether it is qualified according to the provisions of the product standard. 5 Test report
The test report should include the following contents:
a) the name, model, batch, production date and manufacturer name of the tested product; b) indicate reference to this standard;
c) any differences from this test procedure caused by agreement or other reasons; d) detailed test records and test results,
e) test date.
