JB/T 6939.193
This standard specifies rechargeable small wind turbines Classification, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of controllers.
This standard applies to controllers for rechargeable small wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as controllers). 2 Reference standards
JB/T5673
General technical conditions for painting of agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery JB/T6939.2 Test methods for controllers for small wind turbines 3 Classification of controllers
3.1 Controllers are divided into:
a according to their functional characteristics. Simple type: A product that has the function of indicating overvoltage, undervoltage and normal operation of the battery pack, and can transmit the electric energy of the distribution unit to the electrical appliances:
b. Automatic protection type: it can indicate overvoltage, undervoltage and normal operation of the battery pack. It has an automatic protection function in case of under-voltage and can transmit the power of the supporting unit to the electrical products.
3.2 The controller is divided into DC input type according to the installation position of the rectifier device: a product matching the small wind turbine generator with the rectifier device installed directly on the generator: a.
b. AC input type: The rectifier is installed inside the controller. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The controller should comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The controller should be able to work continuously and reliably under the following conditions; a. Ambient temperature: -20~+40℃,
b. Air relative humidity: no more than 85% (at 25℃). 4.3 The simple controller should have an indicator device for overvoltage and undervoltage of the battery pack, and its overvoltage and undervoltage indication values ??should comply with the provisions of the operating voltage in Table 1.
4.4 Automatic protection control The overvoltage and undervoltage protection performance of the device should comply with the requirements in Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on 1993-07-29

4.8 pairs with regulated output short circuit The short-circuit protection action time of the controller with protection function should not be greater than 0.5s, and the V
4.9 controller should run for 5 minutes under the following two overload conditions, and its main electrical performance should still comply with Article 4.3 of this standard or The provisions of Article 4.4:
input power is 2 times the rated output power of the supporting unit: a.
The output power is 1.5 times the rated output power of the supporting unit. 4.10 After the controller is subjected to the vibration test in accordance with Article 4.9 of JB/T6939.2, its main electrical performance should still comply with the provisions of Article 4.3 or Article 4.4 of this standard.
The average working time before the first failure of the controller should be not less than 1500h4.12
The painting of the controller should Comply with the regulations of JB/T5673. Test method
The test of the controller shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6939.2. Inspection rules
The inspection of the controller is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, 6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 The controller should be remotely inspected for factory inspection, and passed the inspection by the quality inspection department, and the product certificate should be attached. Before leaving the factory 6.1.2 The items of factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Articles 4.3 to 4.6 and Article 4.12 of this standard. 6.1.3 During the factory inspection, if all performance indicators meet the regulations, it will be judged as qualified. If there are any unqualified items, they will be re-inspected after repair. Those that pass the repair will be judged as qualified. Those that fail will be judged as unqualified. 2
Type inspection
JB/T6939.193
When the product encounters the following conditions, type inspection should be carried out, whether it is a new product or an old product Trial molding appraisal for factory transfer: b.
For finalized products, when the design, process or material changes are enough to cause changes in certain properties and parameters of the product: when products that have been out of production for more than three years resume production; the results of the factory inspection are different from the last type inspection When there is a big difference; when the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. The collars for type inspection shall be carried out item by item according to the items stipulated in Articles 4.2 to 4.12 of this standard. The prototypes for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the batch of qualified products. When the batch N = 9 to 15, one-time sampling shall be adopted for positive tape inspection.
