3 Summary of methods
3.1 The specimens are made by single ring winding method or cylinder cutting ring method. These two methods can be made by wet winding or pre-preg winding. The two winding processes are shown in Figures 1 and 2 (Figure omitted). When comparing performance, the same method should be used.
3.2 Single-ring winding method According to the sample size specified in GB1458 or GB1461, a single-ring mold is used to wind on the winding machine, and then solidified, the outer surface is processed, and the demoulding is performed to obtain a ring sample. 3.3 Cylinder cutting ring method According to the inner diameter size of the sample specified in GB1458 or GB1461, a cylinder core mold is used to wind it on the winding machine into a cylinder, and then solidified, the outer surface is processed, demoulding, and cutting are performed to obtain a ring sample. 4 Equipment
4.1 The winding machine consists of a yarn frame, a glue groove, a tension control device, a wire nozzle and a driving mechanism. 4.2 Single-ring mold See Figure 3 (Figure omitted). Appropriate connecting shafts should be left at both ends of the core mold of the cylindrical cutting ring to facilitate the assembly of the mold to the inoaec.com
winding machine.
4.3 The demoulding machine can use a suitable press.
4.4 The curing device should have an appropriate controllable temperature range with a deviation range of ±2°C.

5 Storage and handling conditions of raw materials
5.1 Raw materials such as fibers, resins and curing agents should be inspected and stored according to technical requirements. 5.2 The fibers must be dried before winding. Glass fibers are dried in an oven at 30 ±2°C for 8 hours. Under the condition that the surface treatment agent does not affect the surface of the fiber, it can be dried at 105 ±2°C for 2 hours. When preparing the ring, the relative humidity of the fiber placement environment is not more than 65%. Carbon fiber and aramid are placed in an oven at (105 ±2)°C to (120 ±2)°C for at least 2 hours. Place the dried fiber in an oven that can maintain a temperature of 70-80℃. The fiber taken out of the oven should be immediately dipped in glue. 6.1 Mould preparation
6 Wet winding process
Apply a release agent to the cleaned mould or core mould. 6.2 Yarn ball installation
The yarn ball can be placed upright or horizontally on the yarn rack. When the fiber is pulled out of the yarn ball, the twist should be kept constant and a slight tension should be applied to prevent it from shaking.
6.3 Dipping
The fiber is drawn out from the yarn ball, passes through the guide roller, and enters the glue tank equipped with a heating device. When the yarn is pulled out from the glue tank, the excess glue is removed by a device such as a glue squeeze roller or a scraper while minimizing the wear of the fiber. 6.4 Tension control
The impregnated fibers are passed through a series of guide rollers to apply the required tension to the rubber yarn. The winding tension is: 5% to 8% of the fiber breaking strength of glass fiber; 3% to 4% of the fiber breaking strength of aramid fiber; carbon fiber is applied according to the process requirements (it is advisable not to damage the fiber).
6.5 Yarn arrangement
The yarn arrangement should be uniform, and no accumulation, high seams, etc. are allowed. To ensure uniform fiber impregnation and stable tension, the winding speed should be guaranteed to be no higher than 60r/min (the linear speed is 28m/min). 6.6 Curing
After the annular specimen is wound, it is cured according to the prescribed curing system. The storage time of the annular specimens wound in the same batch before curing shall not exceed 8h.
6.7 Processing and demoulding
After the single-ring specimen is cured, first remove the outer molds on both sides, string them together and use grinding or fine turning for surface processing. After processing, remove the middle mold with a press.
The solidified cylinder is first ground or fine-turned, and then the ring is cut and demoulded. Page 8

7 Prepreg winding process
The procedure for preparing specimens by prepreg method is basically the same as that of wet winding process, but the preheating temperature of the mold and the baking conditions of the prepreg tape, winding tension, winding speed, etc., need to be determined according to the technical conditions specified by the prepreg tape. www
