This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyethylene blown containers. This standard is applicable to polyethylene blown containers (hereinafter referred to as containers) with a weight of 1 to 200 liters and formed by blow molding with polyethylene as the main raw material. 200 liters and above containers should also be used as a reference.

3.1 Classification

3.2 Structure
3.2.1 The handles are divided into integral type, installed type and end handles. 3.2.2. See Appendix A (reference) for cover dimensions. The barrel mouth can adopt threaded or other structures, and the mouth and cover should be properly matched; when adopting a threaded structure, the cover must be rotated more than 1 turn from tightening to disengaging. . 3.2.31 The diameter is divided into large and small diameters. Small diameter is not more than 70mm, and large diameter is more than 70mm. The small diameter should be used for packaging barrels of liquid dangerous goods.
3.3 Specifications 1~51. are not specified. 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100, 120, 140, 150, 160, 2001. are the preferred specifications. Special specifications can be negotiated with the user. 4 Technical requirements
The actual capacity should be 5% greater than the nominal capacity.
