This standard specifies the basic structure, groove size, technical requirements, measurement and test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sheet metal spinning multi-mode pulleys.
This standard applies to auxiliary equipment driven by internal combustion engines such as automobiles and tractors, such as cooling fans, generators, water pumps, air conditioners, compressors, power steering pumps, etc., as well as multi-V belt pulleys used for transmission of equipment such as machine tools, agricultural machinery, household appliances, and household machinery. 2 Reference standards

3.1 Basic structural type
The basic structural type of sheet metal spinning multi-ribbed belt pulleys is the folding type, which is divided into three-rib, four-rib, six-rib, seven-rib and eight-rib according to the number of wedge grooves (Figure 1). Figure 1 Basic structure of pulley

In order to strengthen the rigidity of the pulley spoke plate, a reinforcing rib is pressed out on the spoke plate or a reinforcing bushing is welded (Figure 2b, C, d); a supporting flange is pressed out on the rim (Figure 2e); a machined sleeve with a keyway is welded on the spoke plate (Figure 2f); d.

4.1 Products shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved by relevant regulations and procedures. 4.2 Materials
08F or 08AL deep-drawn cold steel plates shall be selected, and their mechanical properties shall comply with relevant standards. 4.3 Surface roughness of wedge groove R, ≤ 3.2 um. 4.4 The oblique circular runout of the side of the wedge groove to the reference positioning hole (mounting support surface) shall not exceed 0.35 mm. 4.5 The angle between the centerline of the wedge groove and the axis of the pulley is 90″±2°. 4.6 The balance of the pulley shall be negotiated by the supply and demand parties according to the usage. 2k
4.7 The appearance of the pulley shall not have cracks, sharp edges, burrs, and the wedge surface shall not have obvious scratches, scrapes and other defects that affect the quality. 4.8 The manufacturer shall perform anti-rust protection treatment on the surface of the product, such as painting, galvanizing, bluing, phosphating, etc. 5 Measurement and test methods
5.1 The appearance, dimensions and surface roughness of the product can be inspected by general measuring tools, samples, standard specimens, etc. 5.2 Product The wedge angle and wedge spacing can be measured with a universal microscope. 5.3 The detection of oblique circular runout and mounting hole position shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB1183. The detection method of oblique circular runout is shown in Figure 4.

6 Acceptance method
6.1 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory. 6.2 Factory inspection items
6.2.1 Appearance quality.
6.2.2 Overall dimensions and installation dimensions.

6.3 If there is no special agreement, the ordering unit shall adopt GB6378 for sampling inspection when sampling product quality, taking AQL1 and inspection level 1.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each product shall be affixed or printed with a product qualification mark. 7.2 Product packaging shall ensure that it will not be bumped or scratched under normal transportation conditions, and the gross weight of each box shall not exceed 50kg. 7.3 Each box shall clearly indicate the name of the manufacturer, the year and month of production, the name and model of the sheet metal spinning pulley, the number of each box, and the precautions for transportation and loading and unloading.
