(This part of GB19079 specifies the basic conditions and basic technical requirements for the opening of climbing venues. This part is applicable to all kinds of climbing venues open to the public. 2 Normative references
The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through the reference of this standard. For the applicable documents of the period indicated, all amendments (excluding errata) or revisions thereto shall not apply to this standard. However, the parties to the agreement reached under this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. It includes: artificial rock climbing places and natural rock climbing places. Artificial rock wall Climbingruck is a kind of artificial rock wall constructed indoors or outdoors for rock climbing. 3.3 Rock climbing technical instructor refers to the person who teaches climbing sports theory and skills. 4 Qualification of practitioners Rock climbing technical instructors and others should hold relevant national qualifications for the hot industry. 5 Site, facilities and equipment conditions 5.1 Artificial rock wall 5.1.1 The maximum force of the upper anchor point shall not be less than 816.33kg square, 5.1.2 The maximum force of the protective hanging piece shall not be less than 816.33kg force. 5.1.3 The static pressure resistance of the rock plate shall not be less than 108.16kg force. 5. 1. 4 The maximum impact resistance of the rock plate shall not be less than 612. 24 kg force, 5. t.5 The maximum tensile resistance of the fulcrum hole shall not be less than 306. 12 kg force. 19079.4-2005
5.2 Natural rock trap
5.2.1 The maximum force of the upper pin point shall not be less than 816.33 kg force, 5.2.2 The maximum force of the protection hanging piece shall not be less than 816. 33 kg force, 5.3 Protection equipment
5.3. 1 The diameter of the protection rope shall not be less than 10 mm, and the tensile strength shall not be less than 700 kg force. The ear adopts a single rope protection state: 5.3.2 The lateral tensile strength of the threaded safety iron lock shall not be less than 918.33 kg force, and the longitudinal tensile strength shall not be less than 2241.90 kg force. 5.3.3 The lateral tensile strength of the safety iron lock shall not be less than 714.29 kg force, and the longitudinal tensile strength shall not be less than 2244.90 kg force. 5.3.4 The tensile strength of the brake (descender) shall not be less than 2448.98 kg force. 5.3.5 The tensile strength of the safety belt shall not be less than 1 734.69 kg. 5.4 Auxiliary equipment
5.4.1 There shall be clear and eye-catching warning signs and safety protection facilities for dangerous areas. 5.4.2 There shall be men's and women's changing rooms with facilities for storing clothes. 5.4.3 The rock climbing site in the kiln shall have emergency evacuation passages. 5.4.4 The public signs and signs of the rock climbing site shall comply with the requirements of GB/T10001.1. 6 Sanitation and environmental management requirements
Artificial rock walls shall comply with the requirements of GB6566. 6.2 The environmental sanitation of the rock climbing site shall comply with the requirements of GB9668. 6.3 The indoor air of the rock climbing site shall comply with the requirements of GB/T17093 and (:B/T18883-2002. 7 Safety Assurance
7.1 There shall be "Instructions for Rock Climbers" and safety warnings at the wake-up position. 7.2 During the opening period, each rock climbing trail in use shall be equipped with a rock climbing technical instructor. 7.3 There shall be a sound safety inspection system for facilities and equipment. Damaged equipment shall be replaced in a timely manner. 7.4 First aid medicines and equipment shall be placed in a conspicuous location for use. 7.5 There shall be clear signs for all types of personnel to take up their posts.
7.6 There shall be a sound security protection, safety education and care, equipment maintenance system and personnel service post responsibility system.
