Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Standard temperatures, humidity and times for the conditioningenvironmental and testing of test pieces
Rubber-Standard temperatures, humidity and times for the conditioningenvironmental and testing of test pieces GB/T 2941-91
Replaces GB2941-82
This standard is equivalent to the international standards ISO471-1983 "Rubber-Standard temperatures, humidity and times for the conditioningenvironmental and testing of test pieces" and ISO1826--1981 "Vulcanized rubber-Time interval between vulcanization and testing-Specification". 1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the time interval and standard temperature and humidity for the conditioning of the vulcanization and testing environment of rubber specimens and products. This standard applies to the standard environmental conditioning and time interval of specimens. This standard does not include the testing and environmental conditioning conditions of special materials. The environmental conditioning and test conditions required for each standard test method should be indicated in the standard. 2 Definitions
Environmental conditioning - Before testing, the rubber specimen is directly exposed to standard temperature and humidity for a specified period of time to improve the repeatability of the test results. bZxz.net
3 Standard temperature and humidity in the test room
3.1 Standard temperature:
The standard temperature should be 23°C. In subtropical areas, tests can also be conducted at a temperature of 27°C, but only as a temporary temperature for internal quality control. The temperature of the arbitration appraisal test must be 23°C1. 3.2 Standard humidity:
When the test temperature is 23°C, the relative humidity is 50% and when the test temperature is 27°C, the relative humidity is 65%. 3.3 When standard temperature and humidity are not required, the general ambient temperature and humidity can be used. Note: Due to the technical requirements of textiles, the test can be conducted at a temperature of 20°C and a relative humidity of 65%. 3.4 When testing at high or low temperatures is required, one or more of the following temperatures should be selected as a priority: a. —80, —70, -55, —40, -25, —10, 0℃ b.40, 55, 70, 85, 100, 125℃ c.150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300℃. Note: When the test temperature is below 100℃, the allowable tolerance is ±1℃; when the test temperature is between 101 and 200℃, the allowable tolerance is ±2℃; when the test temperature exceeds 201℃, the allowable tolerance is ±3℃\. Instructions for use:
1) ISO 471
11983 specifies the standard temperature as 23℃ or 27℃. 2] [SO471--1983 only specifies high and low temperature humidity conditions, and does not specify the allowable tolerance for high temperature conditions. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 25, 1991 and implemented on April 1, 1992
4 Standard temperature and humidity tolerances
4.1 Temperature:
GB/T 2941-91
For the temperature specified in Article 3.1, the standard tolerance shall be ±2°C. If a higher accuracy is required for the temperature specified in Article 3.1, it shall be ±1°C. The average ambient temperature shall be close to the specified temperature. 4.2 Relative humidity:
For the relative humidity specified in Article 3.2, the standard tolerance shall be ±5% relative humidity. If a higher accuracy is required, it shall be ±2% relative humidity. The average ambient relative humidity shall be as close as possible to the specified relative humidity. 5 Time interval between test and vulcanization
If there are no other provisions, the time interval between test and vulcanization shall comply with the following provisions. 5.1 For all rubber physical tests, the minimum time interval between vulcanization and test is 16h. 5.2 For non-product testing, the maximum time interval between vulcanization and testing is four weeks. Comparative testing should be carried out at the same time interval. 5.3 For product testing, the time interval between testing and vulcanization should not exceed three months, if possible. In other cases, the test should be carried out within two months from the date of receipt by the purchaser. 6 Conditioning
6.1 When one of the temperatures and humidity specified in 3.1 and 3.2 is used, the sample should be conditioned at standard temperature and humidity for not less than 16 hours before testing.
6.2 When one of the temperatures specified in 3.1 is used, the sample should be conditioned at standard temperature for not less than 3 hours immediately before testing. Note: The temperature of the internal quality control sample should be conditioned for not less than 30 minutes. 6.3 When one of the temperatures specified in 3.4 is used, the sample should be placed at this temperature before testing, and conditioned for a sufficient time to allow the sample to balance with the ambient temperature, or treated according to the relevant provisions of the test material and product. 6.4 During the conditioning of the rubber specimens, the entire surface of each specimen shall be exposed to the environmental conditioning as far as possible, and the specimens shall be protected from various stresses and direct sunlight. 7 Tests
If not otherwise specified, the tests shall be carried out under the standard temperature and humidity conditions for specimen conditioning. Note: Specimens conditioned at a certain temperature and humidity specified in 3.1 and 3.2 may be tested under the environmental conditions specified in 3.3 if changes in temperature and humidity do not affect their test results. 8 Test report
The test report shall include the following:
The temperature and relative humidity used for specimen conditioning; a.
The allowable tolerances for the temperature and relative humidity used for specimen conditioning; b.
The conditioning time of the specimen,
The temperature and relative humidity used for the test; The allowable tolerances for the temperature and relative humidity used for the test. Instructions for use:
1] ISO4711983 stipulates that the conditioning time for the specimen before testing is 3h. 1i8
