1 Subject content and scope of application
GB 15204--94
This standard specifies the hygienic requirements and inspection methods for vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer resins used as food container and packaging materials. This standard is applicable to vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer resins produced by suspension polymerization using vinylidene chloride and vinyl chloride as raw materials. The resin can be used for containers, packaging materials, and equipment and appliances for the food industry that are in direct or indirect contact with food. 2 Reference standards
GB4615 Determination of residual vinyl chloride monomer content in polyvinyl chloride resins GB/T14943 Analysis method for residual 1,1-dichloroethane in polyvinyl chloride resins and molded products used as food containers and packaging materials 3 Hygienic requirements
3.1 Sensory indicators
White powder, no foreign matter or foreign film. 3.2 Physical and chemical indicators
The physical and chemical indicators should meet the requirements of the following table.

4 Test method
4.1 The test method for vinyl chloride shall be in accordance with GB/T14913.
4.2 The test method for vinyl chloride shall be in accordance with GB/T14943 or GB4615, but GB/T11943 shall be used as the arbitration method. Additional remarks;
This standard was proposed by the Health Supervision Department of the Ministry of Health. This standard was drafted by the Hangzhou Health and Epidemic Prevention Station, and the main drafters of this standard were Chen Xiaojun, Ding Youlu, Xu Zhenhua, and Yuan Zhenhua. This standard was interpreted by the Ministry of Health, which entrusted the technical unit of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Health's Food Hygiene Supervision and Inspection Institute. Approved by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China on August 10, 1994 and implemented on August 10, 1994
