2.6 The cross section of the alloy strip should not be loose or mixed. 3 Test methods
GB4185-
12.0~12.6
10.5~11.0
3.1 According to the requirements of 2.2.1 and 2.2.3, the appearance of the alloy strip shall be checked visually (or with a magnifying glass). 3.1.1 According to the requirements of 2.2.2, the surface water absorption shall be checked with blue ink. 3.1.2 According to the requirements of 2.6 and 2.2.3, the cross section of the alloy strip may be checked for defects such as delamination, looseness, mechanical inclusions, pitting and surface cracks with a 5x magnifying glass.
3.2 According to the requirements of Article 2.1, the chemical composition of the alloy strip shall be analyzed in accordance with GB××××-84 "Chemical Analysis Method for Tungsten-Molybdenum Alloys". 3.3 According to the requirements of Article 2.5, the density of the alloy strip shall be determined in accordance with GB4196-84 "Determination Method for Density of Tungsten and Molybdenum Strips". 3.4 According to the requirements of Articles 2.3 and 2.4, the alloy strip shall be placed on a flat surface and the length and straightness shall be checked with a ruler. 4 Inspection Rules
4.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department to ensure that the product conforms to this standard. 4.2 The buyer shall inspect the product upon receipt. The product shall be inspected in accordance with this standard within three months from the date of arrival. If it is unqualified, it shall be returned to the supplier after identification by both parties.
4.3 The sample of chemical composition shall be randomly selected from each batch of submitted or produced products and sampled at one quarter of the upper chuck. For chemical analysis, it shall comply with Article 2.1. If it is unqualified, double the sample. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 4.4 Take 1% of the samples from each batch of products submitted (no less than 1 piece per batch) to measure the density. It should comply with Article 2.5. If it fails, double the sample. If it still fails, the batch of products is unqualified. 4.5 100% inspection is carried out on Articles 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4. Those that do not meet the requirements are unqualified. 4.6 Take 1% of the samples from each batch of products submitted (no less than 1 piece per batch) for inspection. It should comply with Article 2.6. If it fails, double the sample. If it still fails, the batch of products is unqualified. 5 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
5.1 Wrap 6 to 12 pieces of the product with paper and put them in a plastic bag. Tie the bag tightly and put it in a dry cardboard box, and stuff it with paper scraps to prevent movement. Put the cardboard box in a wooden box. The weight of each box shall not exceed 20kg. 5.2 The product brand, batch number and net weight should be marked on each box. Each box should be marked with the product name, net weight, and the words or signs "moisture-proof" and "fragile".
5.3 Each batch of products should be labeled and marked with: supplier name;
product brand:
product batch number,
various analysis and test results and inspection department stamp This standard number:
inspection date.
5.4 During transportation, the product should be protected from moisture and acid and alkali erosion, and violent collision is not allowed. 5.5 The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and acid-free and alkali-free atmosphere. 30
