1 Subject content and scope of application
GB11606.6—89
This standard specifies the constant humidity test grouping, test conditions, test duration and test methods for analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments)
This standard is applicable to the assessment of the adaptability of instruments to work under high relative humidity environmental conditions. 2 Constant humidity test grouping
Relative humidity%

3 Test conditions
3.1 Requirements for test equipment
Upper limit of rated working temperature-5
3.1.1 The working space of the test chamber (room) shall be equipped with sensors to monitor the temperature and humidity of the test chamber (room) JV group
3.1.2 The temperature and relative humidity in the effective working space of the test chamber (room) shall be able to be maintained within the range required by each group in Chapter 2. 3.1.3 The condensed water in the test chamber (room) shall be continuously removed and cannot be used before purification. 3.1.4 The resistivity of water used directly to generate humidity shall not be less than 5002·m3.1.5 If the instrument has requirements for wind speed, vibration and other sound quantities, it should be stated in the product standard. 3.1.6 The test box (room) should have well-insulated terminals and devices to ensure the cable exit, so as to test the electrical performance of the instrument in the test box (room).
3.1.7 Condensed water on the inner wall and top of the test box (room) cannot drip onto the instrument. 3.1.8 The test box (room) should be equipped with observation windows and lighting devices. 3.2 Requirements for instruments
When the working space of the test box (room) is not enough to test the whole machine, if the instrument allows, it can be connected to the whole machine in the form of a sub-unit to form a system for separate tests.
4 Test durationwwW.bzxz.Net
The stabilization time of the instrument is selected from the following values: 4, 8, 12h. If there is no separate provision, the test duration is 4h. 5 Test method
5.1 Pretreatment
Put the instrument in normal (or reference) environmental conditions to achieve temperature equilibrium. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 25, 1989 and implemented on March 1, 1990
5.2 Initial inspection
Inspect the instrument in accordance with relevant standards. 5.3 Test
GB11606.6--89
Put the instrument in the test box (room) and power it on. There should be an appropriate distance between the instruments, and no overlap is allowed. The temperature of the test box (room) reaches the specified value at an average temperature change rate of less than 1C/min, and then humidify to the specified value and maintain it for the specified test duration.
5.4 Intermediate inspection
After reaching the specified test duration, the instrument shall be inspected immediately under the environmental conditions according to the relevant standards. 5.5 Recovery
After the test, the instrument shall remain in the test box (room) and stop working, and then the temperature (with an average change rate of less than 1C/min) and humidity shall be returned to normal (or reference) environmental conditions, and the instrument shall be restored for 2 hours. 5.6 Final inspection
Inspect the instrument according to the relevant standards. Details to be specified when citing this standard
