3.1 When using this standard, refer to JB/T4171. 3.2 Refer to 3.1 in JB/T4171-1999 to adjust the installation level of the machine tool. Place the level in the center of the workbench. The level reading should not exceed 0.10/1000.
3.3 The order of precision inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to improve efficiency, inspections can be carried out in any order. 3.4 When the specified length cannot be measured, the tolerance can be converted according to the measurable length according to 3.2.1.1 in JB/T4171-1999, and the minimum conversion value is 0.01mm.
4 Geometric Precision
Geometric precision inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1.
