4.1 The milling cutter blade should be welded firmly without cracks, dents and edges. The surface of the sharp tool shall not have defects such as slag and rust that affect the performance.
4.2 The main surface roughness of the milling cutter shall be as follows: a) Front and back of the blade: R, 3.2μm; b) Outer surface of the tapered shank: R, 0.8μm.
4.3 The position tolerance of the milling cutter shall be as specified in Table 2. 2
