This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO2037:1992 "Stainless steel pipes for food industry". The original national standard GB12075-89 "Food Industry Stainless Steel Pipes and Accessories Stainless Steel Pipes" (this standard was published as document No. [1999] 112 and converted to QB/T3922-99, with the same content as before.) has significant differences from ISO 202037:1992 in terms of scope, size, material, surface roughness, etc., so this new standard is formulated to replace the original standard. The important technical changes in the original standard are as follows:
1. The name of this standard is the same as [S02037:19922. Chapter 1 Specifications are the same as [S02037:1992. The original standard only covers seamless stainless steel pipes, and this standard is changed to include seamless and straight-welded stainless steel pipes. Welded stainless steel pipes have been widely used internationally. The international standard adopts ISO2064-5:1978 Steel products for use with hydraulic devices: Quality requirements-Part V straight-welded stainless steel pipes. Since my country has not yet formulated the corresponding national standard, the standard level of B1277191 "Non-stainless steel welded steel pipe for conveying non-stainless steel pipes" is obviously lower than the internationally used stainless steel standard. Therefore, the standard adopts the national industry standard HG20537.1~20537.3-92 "General standard for stainless steel welding" as the national standard. The technical requirements of this standard are IS0 2064-5:1978 standard:
3. Chapter 3 Dimensions are equivalent to 1S02037:1992. The original standard rounded all the decimal size specifications of 1S02037:1980 to integers as the general basic conditions for the conversion of public diameters that do not meet the national standards. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to adopt the ISO2037:1992 standard. 4 Chapter 4 Material Steel No. Equivalent to 1 International Standard 1S02037:1992 Original Standard Steel No. 1Cr1 8N9Ti does not meet the requirements of international standards. Its high carbon content affects the hygienic quality of the food industry. The international standard has been changed to 0Cr18Ni9: the original standard steel number is 0CrI8Ni12Mo2Ti, and this standard is equivalent to 0Cr17Ni12Mo2, FJI00Crl7Ni14Mo25. Chapter 6 surface roughness is equivalent to ISO2037:1992. The original standard stipulates that the internal surface of the network management is Unlike the international standard, this standard is changed to the fine-finished second surface, which includes the inner surface and the end surface of the tube: if the user proposes the polishing requirement for the outer surface of the steel pipe, this surface is also a fine-finished second surface. The surface roughness shall comply with the provisions of GBT 1031. The Ra value of the finishing surface should not exceed 1.0um, the Ra value of other surfaces should not exceed 2.5μm, and the Ry value of the weld surface should not exceed 16um. 7 Hygiene requirements
7.1 It should be noted that any non-ferrous metals and their alloys that come into contact with the steel pipe during the manufacturing process shall not be attached to the steel pipe 1, which may be harmful to the subsequent processing and use.
7.2 The surface of the steel pipe should be clean and free of surface defects, light debris and directional grooves. 8 The technical conditions, acceptance rules, test methods, packaging, marking and certificates of steel pipes should comply with the provisions of GB/T 14976 and GB/T 20537.1~20537.3. 2
