3.4.1The dimensions and assembly type of HBW and HBDW transmissions shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. 3.4.2The dimensions and assembly type of HBL and HBDL transmissions shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2 and Table 2. 3.4.3The dimensions and assembly type of HBNW and HBKW transmissions shall comply with the provisions of Figure 3 and Table 3. 3.4.4 The dimensions and assembly type of HBNL and HBKL transmissions shall comply with the provisions of Figure 4 and Table 4. 3.4.5 The dimensions and assembly type of HBJ transmissions shall comply with the provisions of Figure 5 and Table 5. 3.5 The shaft extensions of the input and output shafts shall comply with the provisions of GB1569. 4 Basic parameters
4.1 Transmission transmission torque 176~17640N
m, transmission power 0.1~300kW.
4.2 Transmission input speed: 12~25HB not more than 1500r/min, 28~56HB not more than 1000r/min; 12~56HBN not more than 1500r/min; 16~56HBJ not more than 750r/min. 4.3 The working environment temperature of the transmission is -40~+45℃C. When it is below 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting. When it is above 45℃, cooling measures should be taken.
4.4 The gear module of the transmission shall comply with the provisions of GB1357. The nominal transmission ratio of the HB type transmission, i, shall comply with the provisions of Table 6. 4.5
The nominal rotation ratio of the HBN type and HBK type transmissions is the nominal transmission ratio of the HB type multiplied by 5. 4.6
The nominal transmission ratio of the HBJ type transmission shall comply with the provisions of Table 7. 4.7
The error between the actual transmission ratio and the nominal transmission ratio of the transmission shall not exceed 3%. The nominal torque of the transmission shall comply with the provisions of Table 8. 4.8 The error between the actual transmission ratio and the nominal transmission ratio of the transmission shall not exceed 3%. 4.9 The nominal torque of the transmission shall comply with the provisions of Table 8.
