Foreword
This standard is a revision of ZBJ62006.6-87 "Noise Limits for Forging Machinery Thread Rolling Machines, Spring Coiling Machines, and Nail Making Machines". The technical content of this standard is basically consistent with ZBJ62006.6-87, and has only been re-edited in accordance with relevant regulations. This standard will be implemented from January 1, 2000. This standard replaces ZBJ62006.6-87 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is an appendix to the standard.
This standard is proposed and centralized by the National Forging Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The unit responsible for drafting this standard: Huangshi Forging Machine Tool Guang. The main drafter of this standard: Zhou Keding.

A1 All newly designed or improved design trial prototypes, small batch trial production of new products, or the first batch of thread rolling machines and spring coiling machines produced after changes in processes and materials , nail making machine products, as well as thread rolling machines, spring coiling machines, and nail making machine products for quality grade assessment and performance testing, the noise sound pressure level should be measured, and it is recommended to measure the noise sound power level. A2 For thread rolling machines, spring coiling machines, and nail making machine products that are normally mass-produced, only the noise sound pressure level can be measured during factory inspection.
