JB/T 8004.6-1999 This standard is a revision of JB/T 8004.6-95 "Rhombus nuts for machine tool fixture parts and components". During the revision, only editorial changes were made according to relevant regulations, and the technical content remained unchanged. This standard specifies rhombus nuts with ordinary thread specifications of M4 to M16. This standard was first issued in 1981 as GB 2153-80, first revised to GB/T 2153-91 on April 30, 1991, and adjusted to JB/T 8004.6-95 in April 1996. 4 Technical conditions
4.1 Material: 45 steel in accordance with the provisions of GB/T699. 4.2 Heat treatment: 35~40HRC.
