4 Requirements for the selection of bearing seats
JB/T2561--91
4.1 The bearing is allowed to bear a small axial load through the shoulder. When the shaft diameter is not less than the outer diameter of the shoulder of the bearing shell, the axial load allowed is not more than 30% of the maximum radial load.
4.2 The load direction of the bearing seat should be within the range of 35° to the left and right of the vertical center line of the bearing, as shown in Figure 2. The shaded part in the figure is the range of radial load allowed.
4.3 The surface of the journal that matches the bearing seat should be hardened. 4.4 The fillet size of the journal should be selected according to GB6403.4. 5 Technical conditions
The technical conditions of the bearing seat should comply with the provisions of JB/T2564. 389
