Packaging—Transport packages—Low air pressure test method
Packaging—Transport packages—Low air pressure test method GB/T 4857.13—92
Replaces GB4857.13—87
This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO2873-1985 Packaging—Low air pressure test for complete and fully loaded transport packages. 1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the main performance requirements, test procedures and test report contents of the test equipment used in the low air pressure test of transport packages.
This standard is applicable to the assessment of the ability of transport packages to withstand the effects of low air pressure and the protection of the contents of the packages in non-pressurized aircraft with a flight altitude not exceeding 3500m and in pressurized aircraft with a flight altitude exceeding 3500m during air transport. This standard can be used as a reference for the low air pressure test of ground transport packages at an altitude of more than 3500m. 2 Reference standards
GB/T4857.1 Method for marking various parts of packaging and transport packages GB/T4857.2 Temperature and humidity adjustment treatment of packaging and transport packages GB/T4857.17 General principles for compiling performance test outlines for packaging and transport packages 3 Test principles
Place the test sample in a pressure test chamber (room), and then reduce the air pressure in the test chamber (room) to the pressure equivalent to that at an altitude of 3500m. After maintaining this pressure for a predetermined duration, restore it to normal pressure. If necessary, the temperature can also be controlled at the same altitude during this period.
The above pressure is also similar to the pressure in any aircraft with a pressurized cabin at a higher flight altitude. 4 Test equipment
The pressure test chamber (room) should be large enough to accommodate the test sample, and be able to control the air pressure and temperature, and comply with the provisions of 5.4 of this standard.
5 Test procedure
5.1 Preparation of test samples
Prepare test samples according to the requirements of GB/T4857.17. 5.2 Numbering of test sample parts
Number each part of the test sample according to the provisions of GB/T4857.1. 5.3 Pretreatment of test samples
According to the provisions of GB/T4857.2, select the conditions for temperature and humidity pretreatment of the test samples. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on February 13, 1992 290
Implemented on October 1, 1992
5.4 Test steps
GB/T 4857.13-92
5.4.1 Place the test sample in the air pressure test box (chamber), reduce the air pressure to 65kPa (±5%) at a rate not exceeding 15kPa/min, and maintain this air pressure for a predetermined duration. The air pressure holding time can be selected from 2, 4.8, and 16 hours. When transport packages are subjected to low pressure tests, if it is necessary to comprehensively assess the effects of air pressure and temperature, the temperature in the pressure test chamber (room) shall be maintained at -8 ± 1°C during the test.
The air pressure value for low pressure tests of transport packages in non-pressurized cabins of aircraft with an altitude exceeding 3500m can be selected according to the following table:
20 000
5.4.2 Fill with dry air that meets the test chamber temperature at a pressurization rate not exceeding 15kPa/min to restore the air pressure to the initial state. 5.4.3 After the test, check the damage to the packaging and contents according to the relevant standards and analyze the test results. 6 Test report
The test report shall include the following contents:
Name, specification, model, quantity, etc. of the contents; number of test samples;
Detailed description: name, size, structure and material specifications, accessories, cushioning pads, supports, fixing methods, sealing, bundling status and other protective measures of the packaging container;Www.bzxZ.net
The mass of the test sample and the mass of the contents, in dry grams; pretreatment temperature, relative humidity and time: temperature, humidity, pressure, pressure increase (decrease) rate and pressure holding time in the pressure test box (room); description of the test equipment and instruments;
Description of the test results and any phenomena observed during the test that are helpful for the correct interpretation of the test results; analysis of test results:
Description of the differences between the test method used and this standard; test date, signature of the test personnel, and seal of the test unit. Additional notes:
This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Mechanical Standardization Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry.
