Summary:
This standard specifies the test equipment, sample preparation, test steps and test results for corrosion extension test. This standard is applicable to the test of the tight coverage of polymer anti-corrosion jacket on the metal sheath of the cable, and whether the corrosion is limited to the specified area when the anti-corrosion jacket is partially damaged. This standard specifies the test equipment, sample preparation, test procedures and test results for the corrosion spread test. This standard is applicable to the test of the tight coverage of the polymer corrosion protection jacket on the metal sheath of the cable and whether the corrosion is confined to the specified area when the corrosion protection jacket is locally damaged. The general provisions, definitions and regular calibration of test equipment for mechanical and physical properties of wires and cables are stipulated in (B/T2951.1 2 Reference standards bzxZ.net

4.2 Perform a bending test on the specimen according to the method and number specified in GB/T2951.23, and then straighten it. 4.3 For specimens with an outer diameter of the metal sleeve of 20 mm or more, use a plug drill to drill a hole with a diameter of 10 mm on the corrosion-resistant sleeve at four points that are 10 cm apart from each other in the axial direction and arranged in a spiral shape at 90° along the circumferential direction, until the surface of the metal sleeve is reached. Carefully remove the drill cuttings in the four holes and the corrosion-resistant coating (or adhesive) on the surface of the metal sleeve. For specimens with an outer diameter of the metal sleeve of less than 20 mm, use a blade to cut the above four holes into four annular grooves with a width of 5 mm along the circumferential direction of the corrosion-resistant sleeve. 5 Test steps||t t||5.1 Bend the two ends of the sample upward into a U shape and place it in a 1% copper sulfate solution tank at room temperature. The solution depth is 50cm, and the four holes (or grooves) should be completely immersed in the test solution. 5.2 Use the metal sleeve of the sample as the cathode and the metal plate immersed in the solution as the anode, connect it to a DC power supply with a voltage of 100V, and connect a resistor of about 10kn in series to each sample to keep the current passing through each sample at 10mA. 5.3 After the continuous test for 100±2h, take the sample out of the salt bath, peel off the anti-corrosion sleeve about 500mm long in the middle of the sample, and clean the anti-corrosion coating (or adhesive) on the metal sleeve. 6 Test results
At 10 There shall be no visible corrosion marks on any point of the metal sleeve other than mm. Additional remarks:
