4 Technical requirements
4.1 Material

4.1.1 The pot fan wire used for composite film wrapped fan wire shall meet the requirements of GB5584.2TBR type copper flat wire. The surface of the copper nodule wire shall be smooth and shall not have burrs, scratches, copper powder, oxide layer and oil stains. 4.1.2 The insulation of composite sea film wrapped flat wire shall be polyimide-fluorine 46 composite film, and its performance shall meet the requirements of Appendix A of this standard. 4.2 Conductor
4.2.1 The nominal size and cross-sectional area of the conductor shall meet the requirements of Table 1 in GB6108.3. 4.2.2 The conductor size deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 in GB6108.3. 4.2.3 The conductor corner radius shall comply with the provisions of Table 4 in GB6108.3. 4.3 Insulation
4.3.1 Single-layer composite film wrapped fan wire and double-layer composite film wrapped fan wire each have five insulation thicknesses, which are ranked from 1 to 5. 4.3.2 The minimum insulation thickness of composite film wrapped flat wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.3.3 Maximum overall dimensions
The maximum overall dimensions of composite film wrapped flat wire shall not be greater than the sum of the maximum conductor size and the maximum insulation thickness. The maximum insulation thickness is as specified in Table 3. When the maximum overall dimensions of the composite film wrapped flat wire meet the requirements, the maximum insulation thickness is allowed to exceed the value specified in Table 3. 2
