This standard is revised to be inspected and accepted in accordance with GB/T2828-1987 "Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Inspection of Continuous Batch)". Other technical contents are basically consistent with JB323483, and only re-edited according to relevant regulations.
This standard replaces JB323483 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Grinding Tools. 5.5The particle size of diamond micropowder used in artificial diamond sintered body shall not exceed 40m. Test method
The size shall be measured with a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.02mm. Appearance inspection shall be carried out with a 20x magnifying glass with scale and parallelism inspection shall be carried out with a vernier caliper for symmetry inspection. 6.3
The wear ratio shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3235. 7 Acceptance rules
Product delivery inspection shall be carried out batch by batch in accordance with the technical requirements of this standard, and qualified products shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. The number of packaged particles is used as the "inspection batch" of the product, and a normal inspection sampling plan is implemented according to the provisions of GB/T2828. 7.2
7.2.1 Inspection level
The basic dimensional deviation, appearance, and parallelism inspection adopt the "general inspection level II". 7.2. 1. 1
