Wires with a diameter less than 500 mm are not allowed to break when bent at an angle greater than 90°. Wires with a diameter greater than 500 mm are not allowed to break when bent at an angle greater than 90° when heated to 700°. IV. Acceptance rules
7. Special wires should be subject to technical inspection by the manufacturer. Products should meet the requirements of this standard. The user shall accept the products according to this standard within one month from the date of delivery. If the products do not meet the requirements, they shall be deemed unqualified by the manufacturer.
2. Each batch of tungsten tracer wires submitted for acceptance must be inspected according to the provisions of Articles 3, 5 and 6, and the chemical content shall be inspected according to Article 4. From each batch of materials submitted for acceptance, one sample (or ring material 1) shall be randomly selected for analysis. If it fails, double sampling shall be carried out for analysis. If it still fails, the whole batch shall be deemed unqualified. Test method
9 The test diameter is one thousandth of the first level, and the test quantity is not 100%. 10.1: The chemical analysis method of the wire shall be SJ/7325-72 and SJ1501-80 (electrical analysis method of the wire, the new method of compound chemical analysis and special analysis of the wire). 11. According to Article 6, the wire head of each wire shall be bent 90 degrees continuously at 10 places. If there is a break in the middle, the wire shall be bent again at about 10 places. If there are three consecutive breaks in the middle, it is not qualified. VI. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
12. The length is less than or equal to 350m The wire with a diameter greater than 350 mm should be placed on a dry bakelite tray or a metal pad and wrapped with paper, then washed and packed in a cardboard box or plastic box. The wire with a diameter greater than 350 mm should be packed with medical paper when necessary. The packed wire should be placed in a box padded with paper. The box should have relevant certification marks in accordance with the provisions of G 191-3 Packaging and Storage Marking.
