This standard specifies the model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of self-adhesive polyester materials for use in electronic industry.
1.2 Scope of application
This standard is applicable to self-adhesive enameled wire coatings with heat resistance grade A, using polyvinyl butyral resin as the main film-forming substance and cyclopentane as the main diluent (industrial pure). 2 Reference standards

5.5 Teeth penetration strength
Measured in accordance with HC2-57.

When measuring, after the sample is dipped in the first coat of paint, it is placed in an oven at a temperature of 120±2℃ to dry for 21, and then the second coat of paint is applied, and the test is carried out again after drying for 2h. 5.6 Thermal bonding strength
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4074.27.
