4 Main Reagents and Instruments
4.1 Reagents:

4.1.1-1 Specific antigen
Electrode the R3 antigen
Reo3 antigen in the serum of rats, hamsters, and hamsters. When the cells reach 10-10 years old, harvest the culture, freeze-thaw three times or sonicate. Remove the cell debris by high-speed centrifugation, and then make ELISA antibody by ultracentrifugation. 4.1.1.2 Normal antigen

If it is still positive, it is determined to be positive. Report on the results of the determination. Make a report based on the determination results.
