Some standard content:
GB/T3301—1999
This standard is revised with reference to the Japanese Ceramics Inspection Association standard "Relevant provisions for the inspection of ceramics". In addition to the editorial revision of GB/T3301-1982 in accordance with GB/T1.1-1993 Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Drafting and Expression Rules of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standard Writing", the main revisions are as follows: Added the subject content and scope of application of Chapter 1. Supplemented the measuring tools in Chapter 4. Supplemented the measurement of volume in Chapter 5. Added the description of the measurement methods of diameter error, Chapter 6 height error, and Chapter 7 weight error. Supplemented the calculation formulas of diameter error, Chapter 5 height error, and Chapter 7 weight error. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace GB/T3301--1982. This standard is proposed by the State Bureau of Light Industry.
This standard is technically managed by the National Ceramics Standardization Center. This standard was drafted at the expense of the Ceramic Research Institute of China Light Industry Association. The main drafters of this standard are Cheng Guoan and Wang Xiaoping. 17
1 Scope
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Method for measuring volume, rim diameter allowance, height allowance, weight allowance and size of defects of domestic ceramic wareGB/T 3301-1999
Replaces GB/T3301—1982
This standard specifies the measurement method, measuring tools and calculation formula for volume, rim diameter allowance, height allowance, weight allowance and size of defects of domestic ceramic ware.
This method is applicable to domestic ceramic ware, excluding decorative art ceramic products and large ceramic products. 2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB/T3300-1991 Daily-use ceramic deformation test method 3 Measuring tools and sample requirements
3.1 Measuring tools
a) A glass plate with no obvious gap between the glass plate and the steel ruler after inspection by a steel ruler b) According to the measurement accuracy required by the product to be tested, select measuring tools and scales with a measurement accuracy one order of magnitude higher; c) One 500mL and 1000mL measuring cylinder with a capacity scale that has passed the inspection. 3.2 Sample requirements
Conform to daily-use ceramics that have passed the inspection according to GB/T3300. 4 Determination of volume
4.1 Measurement method
Put the product on a water platform, fill it with water until the water surface reaches the specified height, and use a measuring cylinder to measure the volume of the water injected, which is the volume of the product. 4.2 Provisions for the height of the water injection surface
4.2.1 For pots and covered cups, the height of the water injection surface is based on the water filling and the water does not overflow after the lid is closed. 4.2.2 For bowls, uncovered cups, plates and dishes, the water is poured to the overflow surface. 5 Determination of caliber error
5.1 Caliber measurement method
Put a steel ruler flat on the rim of the product to be measured, align one end with the outer rim of the product, and the scale line that passes through the center of the circle so that the other end is aligned with the outer rim of the product is the caliber of the product. Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on August 12, 199918
Published on February 1, 2000www.bzxz.net
5.2 The diameter error is calculated according to formula (1):
Wherein: R-diameter error.%:
Dm—maximum diameter:
Dmin—minimum diameter;
D—standard diameter
6 Determination of height error
6.1 Height measurement method
GB/T 3301-1999
Ra<%) = (Dm + Dm)/2 = D × 100D
Place the measured product flat on the glass plate. The distance from the bottom of the product to the edge of the mouth (excluding the cover) and the scale line corresponding to the steel ruler are the height of the product.
6.2 The height error is calculated according to formula (2):
Wherein: R——height error, %:
Hmx——maximum height:
Hmin——minimum height;
H, standard height.
7 Determination of maximum error
7.1 Weighing method
Rt(%) = (Hax + Hn)/2 H)
Select a suitable scale to weigh the product according to its size and accuracy requirements. 7.2 The weight error is calculated according to formula (3):
Ru(%) =
Wherein: R——weight error, %:
WProduct weight
W,-standard weight.
× 100
Note: If the standard diameter, standard height and standard weight of the product in formula (1), (2) and (3) are uncertain, the arithmetic mean value of not less than 8 products (the specification error shall not exceed the product standard requirements of the product) can be used as the standard body of the product for calculation. 8 Defect measurement and observation method
For various defects measured by diameter, such as elliptical or irregular shapes, their diameters are calculated according to formula (4): 8.1
Where: D-diameter;
D is the longest diameter;
D is the shortest diameter.
8.2 For various defects measured by length or width, the longest or widest part shall be measured. 8.3 For various defects calculated by area, such as irregular shapes, the area shall be calculated according to the shape that is most similar to its appearance (such as circle, square, triangle, quadrilateral, etc.).
8.4 For various defects measured by depth, the vertical distance from the deepest point to the surface shall be calculated. 19
5 Identification of defects without specified size range
GB/T3301-1999
Under normal light, place the defective front side of the product at a viewing distance of about 500mm and identify it visually. 20
