3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
Technical conditions for high-quality carbon structural steel
Single-line circulating freight aerial ropeway truck type and basic parameter signs
General technical conditions for packaging of electromechanical products
3.1.1 Trucks shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The materials of all parts shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, otherwise they shall be tested and analyzed and can only be used after passing the test. 3.1.3 Castings shall not have defects such as interlayer, folding, cracks, scars and slag inclusions. For parts made of 45 steel, normalizing treatment shall be carried out after forging. The hardness is 187~229HB.
3.1.4 The weld of welded structural parts should be uniform and should not have defects such as cracks and burn-through. 3.2 Main parts
3.2.1 Inner and outer clamps
3.2.1.1 The material should comply with the provisions of 45 steel in GB/T699. 3.2.1.2
After forging, the hardness is 225~255HB. 3.2.1.3
The parallelism of the axis of the jaws to the axis of the front pin hole is 0.08mm. The cylindricality of the jaws is 0.2mm.
The jaws should be surface quenched, the depth of the hardened layer is 1.5~2.5mm, and the hardness is 40-45HRC. 3.2.2 Bent rod shaft
3.2.2.1 The material should comply with the provisions of 45 steel in GB/T699. After forging, the hardness is 225~255HB. 3.2.2.2
The surface of the journal is quenched, and the hardness is 42~47HRC. 3.2.2.3

4The verticality between the axis of the journal and the axis of the pin hole is 0.1mm. 3.2.2.4
3.2.3The steel and steel plates used in the hanger
should be straightened before welding, and the coaxiality of the center lines of the two hooks is 2mm.
The torque of the torsion spring should meet the requirements of the drawing. 3.2.4The steel and steel plates used in the bucket
should be straightened before welding. The surface is checked with a ruler, and its concave and convexity is not greater than 6% of the entire bucket surface. The coaxiality of the center lines of the two supporting shafts is 3mm, and the difference between the two diagonals of the bucket opening is not greater than the requirements of Table 1. Table 1

3.3 Assembly
All parts must be inspected and qualified before assembly. The clearance fittings should rotate flexibly without jamming. The fasteners must be tightened reliably and no looseness is allowed. 4 The assembly of the rope gripper shall meet the following requirements: 3.3.4
The roller seat shall be able to swing freely around the sleeve, and its swing angle shall not be less than 24°. The difference between the two diagonals of the bucket opening
The jaws should open and close flexibly, and their maximum and minimum opening sizes shall meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2

3.3.4.3The deviation of the horizontal distance H from the center of the jaw to the center of the roller is ±1mm (as shown in Figure 1). Bmn
3.3.5The tolerance T of the distance E from the top of the flat rail to the center of the bucket handle and the distance F to the center of the bucket box support shaft (as shown in Figure 1) shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.

3.4 Paint

3.4.1 Burrs, welding slag, rust and oil stains shall be removed from each truck before painting. 3.4.2 The painted surface shall be uniform and complete, and no roughness or unevenness is allowed. Non-matching surfaces shall be painted with grass green paint. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 The rope grips of trucks shall be inspected one by one. 5% (at least 5) of each batch of trucks shall be sampled for inspection. If one truck fails the inspection, 10% shall be sampled for inspection. If there is still one unqualified truck, it must be inspected one by one. 4.2 Each truck sampled shall meet the following requirements: 4.2.1 The rope gripper shall meet the requirements of 3.3.4. 4.2.2 The allowable deviation of the bucket opening angle is ±5°. 4.2.3 The bucket box shall be able to turn over freely and there shall be no jamming with the hanger. 4.3 After the truck passes the inspection, the quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall issue a quality certificate. 5 Marking, packaging and transportation
5.1 Each truck shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and the following contents shall be marked:
a) Product name;
b) Product model:
c) Main technical parameters:
d) Date of manufacture;
e Factory number;
f Manufacturer name.
5.2 The rope gripper must be packed in wooden boxes, while the hanger and bucket box can be packed naked. 5.3 The packaging should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384 and the relevant transportation requirements of railways, roads and shipping. 5.4 The following technical documents are attached:
a) Packing list;
b) Quality certificate;
|) Installation and maintenance instructions, assembly drawings, and drawings of wearing parts. 4

3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
