10. The same parts and batteries of portable lamps should be interchangeable. 11. The housing of portable lamps should be marked with luminous powder (this requirement only applies to special orders). 12. Under the condition of correct use and regular charging and maintenance, the warranty period is one and a half years from the date of delivery. III. Acceptance rules and test methods
13. Before each portable lamp leaves the factory, it should be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer and should be accompanied by a factory certificate. 14. During acceptance, in addition to the appearance and complete set inspection of each unit, 3% but not less than 3 units shall be selected from each batch of delivered products for random inspection according to Articles 4, 5 (normal insulation resistance) and 7. 15. After the structural material or process specification is changed, and these changes may affect the performance of the portable lamp, and when the batch production exceeds one year, the type test should be carried out. In addition to the acceptance items, the test items also need to be tested and inspected according to Articles 2, 3, 6, 9 and 10. The number of tests is 3 sets.
16. During the sampling acceptance, if there are unqualified ones, double sampling should be carried out for re-inspection. If unqualified ones are still found during the re-inspection, the acceptance should be stopped, and the manufacturer should check the reasons and resubmit for acceptance after eliminating the defects. 17. In the test of Article 4 of this standard, the charged test battery and bulb are installed in the lamp. When the switch is in the "on" position, the bulb should light up. When the switch is in the "off" position, the bulb should go out. Repeat the operation 3 times. If there is no fault, it is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.
18. Articles 3, 5, 6, and 9 of this standard shall be checked according to the test methods of Articles 21, 22, 27, and 28 of CB339-64. 19. Article 7 of this standard uses an illuminometer to measure illumination. Randomly select 3 points within a circle with a diameter of 0.5m; if the illumination at all 3 points can meet the requirements, the test is considered qualified. If one point is unqualified, the test is considered unqualified. IV. Marking, packaging and storage
20. Marking, packaging and storage shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 32, 33, 34, and 35 of CB339-64.
