Summary:
This standard specifies the technical requirements, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and sampling of general lithium-based greases. This standard applies to general-purpose lithium-based greases made from mineral lubricating oil thickened with fatty acid lithium soap and added with antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. Products that meet this standard have good water resistance, mechanical stability, corrosion protection and oxidation stability. It is suitable for the lubrication of rolling bearings, sliding bearings and other friction parts of various mechanical equipment within the operating temperature range of -20 to 120°C. This standard is applicable to general lithium-based lubricants made of fatty acid lithium soap thickened mineral lubricating oil and added with antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives fat. Products that meet this standard have good water resistance, mechanical stability, corrosion protection and oxidation stability. It is suitable for the lubrication of rolling bearings, sliding bearings and other friction parts of various mechanical equipment within the working temperature range of 20 to 120°C. The products recommended in this standard are in accordance with the provisions of GB/T7631.8, and their code names are: L-XBCHA1, L-XBCHA2, L-XBCHA3.
