The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were valid. All standards are subject to revision. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards: GB/T2484-1994 Codes and marks for common abrasive tools GB/T2485-1997 Technical conditions for grinding wheels for common abrasive tools GB/T2490-1984 Method for testing the hardness of abrasive tools by sandblasting hardness machine 3 Test principle
Under specified conditions, an artificial diamond sintered body and a 80\ grit ceramic bond silicon carbide flat grinding wheel are rubbed against each other on a specified device. The ratio of the wear amount M (g) of the grinding wheel to the wear amount M (g) of the sintered body is called the wear ratio E value of the sintered body. That is, formula (1):

6 Test steps
6.1 Test preparation
6.1.1 Remove burrs and flash from the sample to be tested, clean the graphite and dust accumulated in the gaps on the surface of the sample with an ultrasonic cleaner, and dry to constant weight.
6.1.2 Weigh the sintered body with an analytical balance with a graduation value of 0.01mg, and its mass is M: weigh the grinding wheel with an industrial balance with a graduation value of 0.5g, and its mass is M.
6.1.3 Clamp the sample to be tested on the water-cooled fixture, with the non-deformed end facing outward, and clamp it according to Figure 1. 1 Water-cooled chuck: 2- Sintered body sample: 3 Fasten the clamp seat; 4 Passive cylinder piston: 5 Remove the code; 6 Code tray: 7- Active cylinder piston: 8- Plastic oil pipe: 9 Swinging worktable Figure 1 Partial schematic diagram of wear ratio tester
6.1.4 Measure the size of the grinding wheel, install the grinding wheel, and cover the protective cover. 6.1.5 Adjust the swing frequency of the tester worktable to 35~40 times/min, and then adjust its swing amplitude to be equivalent to the thickness of the grinding wheel. 6.1.6 Select the code according to Table 1 for the feed constant pressure. The total load on the code tray of the constant pressure device is shown in formula (2): 2
Wtotal——total load, g:
Friction force of constant pressure device, g:
W——feed pressure, g.
6.2 Operation procedure
JB/T3235-1999
6.2.1 Start the vacuum cleaner and the working switch, and adjust the grinding wheel speed to meet the linear speed requirements. At this time, the speed N corresponding to the grinding wheel diameter D is shown in Appendix A (the appendix of the prompt). Check the working status of the grinding wheel and each component. If everything is normal, slowly contact the sintered body with the grinding wheel and start the test. 6.2.2 During the measurement, the sinking scale of the pallet is the grinding wheel radius R and the reduced size. The grinding wheel speed must be adjusted according to Appendix A every time the pallet is lowered by 0.5mm.
6.2.3 After the pallet is lowered by 0.5mm, add the load required by Table 1. When it is lowered to the appropriate position, lift the pallet to separate the sintered body from the grinding wheel. After parking, remove the grinding wheel and weigh its mass as M, and calculate the grinding wheel wear according to formula (3): MM = M.-M\
For the relationship between the wear M and the grinding wheel radius R, see Appendix B (suggested appendix). (3)
6.2.4When the grinding wheel wear reaches the specified value, remove the sintered body and remove the surface dust to constant weight. Weigh its mass M, and calculate the sintered body wear according to formula (4): M?
M=Mi-M2
7Calculation of results
Substitute M and M into formula (1) to calculate the E value: According to formula (5) and Table 2, calculate the E standard value when the grinding wheel hardness value is 3.70, E standard = EK
Where: E
-Calculated standard wear ratio:
-Measured wear ratio
K-Correction coefficient when the grinding wheel is a certain hardness value. The relationship between the grinding wheel hardness value H and the correction coefficient K is specified in Table 2. Table 2
3.70 (standard)
1) When M is lower than the specified value, it must be re-measured.
2): When M is lower than the specified value, it must be re-measured.
JB/T3235-1999
The value calculated by formula (5) is rounded off to the thousandth place as a significant figure and recorded as XYX103. Example: The calculated result of 54632 is rounded to 55×10; 78495 is rounded to 78×10D
