Sanitary Standard for Distilled Liquor and Blended Liquor
Distilled liquor refers to liquor made from raw materials containing sugar or starch through saccharification, fermentation and distillation. GB2757-81
Replaces GBn47-77
Blended liquor refers to liquor made from fermented liquor or distilled liquor with edible auxiliary materials added. Sensory indicators:
Transparent colorless liquid (blended liquor may be colored), no precipitated impurities, no peculiar smell or odor.
Physical and chemical indicators are shown in the table below:
