This standard applies to the journal diameter of the sliding intermediate bearing, thrust bearing and bulkhead stuffing box of the ship shafting. This standard does not apply to the journal of the propeller shaft and the journal supported by the rolling bearing. 2

The journal diameter supported by sliding bearing is shown in the figure and table below. 7
Note: ① Avoid using the dimensions in brackets 50 as much as possible
② The relationship between the journal diameter 1z1 of the intermediate shaft and thrust shaft and the basic diameter (D> should meet the following requirements: when D<300mm, Dz+5mm;
When D=300~500mm.z~n+(5~10)mm; when D>500mm, Dz≥(10~20)mm③ The R angle is not less than F0.1D.
