3 Dimensions, shape, weight
3.1 Dimensions and allowable deviations
3.1.1 The diameter of the steel wire and its allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

4 Technical requirements
4.1 The wire rod used to manufacture the steel wire shall comply with the provisions of GB3129% welding steel wire rod. 4.2 The brand and chemical composition of the steel wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Alloy structure

If the supplier can guarantee that the residual elements, nickel and copper content in the steel are not considered as finished product analysis, the melting analysis composition shall be in the quality certificate. 4.3 Surface quality of steel wire
4.3.1 The surface of the steel wire shall be smooth, and no harmful defects such as cracks, folds, scars, scale and rust visible to the naked eye shall exist. 4.3.2 The surface of the steel wire is allowed to have scratches not exceeding half of the allowable deviation of the head diameter and local defects not exceeding the diameter deviation. 3 Copper-plated steel wires can be supplied by agreement between the supplier and the buyer. The copper-plated surface shall be smooth, and no cracks, spots and rust visible to the naked eye shall exist. 4. 3.3
5 Test method
