The full text of this standard is correct. This standard cannot replace GB2720-1995 Special Hygiene Standard 3. Compared with GB/T1.1-2009, this standard has the following adjustments: GB2720-1995 has been revised to modify the standard text format in accordance with GB/T1.1-2009; GB2720-2003 has been revised to modify the structure of the original standard, adding "food additives, hygiene requirements for the production and processing process, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation requirements" - according to GB/T8967-2000, the filtration index has been changed. From the date of implementation, GB2720-1 996 will be abolished at the same time. This standard is proposed and managed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. The main drafting units of this standard are Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Beijing Food Brewing Research Institute, and West China Health Prevention Station. The drafters of the bid are Ding Xiuying, Chao Keqiang, Xie Guanshan, Zhu Lu, Yi Haizhao, Sang Jin, Zhang Zheng.
