This standard specifies the types, dimensions and technical requirements of equal-diameter tees and equal-diameter four-way valves for ultra-high pressure valves. This standard is applicable to equal-diameter tees and equal-diameter four-way valves for neutral media such as ethylene and polyethylene with a nominal pressure of PN250MPa. 2Referenced standards

4.5The deviation of the non-intersection degree of the mutually perpendicular thread center lines of equal diameter two-way and equal diameter four-way connected by pipe joints and the deviation of the non-intersection degree of the mutually perpendicular inner hole center lines of equal diameter three-way and equal diameter four-way connected by flanges shall be ≤0.5mm. 4.6The deviation of the non-perpendicularity of the mutually perpendicular thread center lines of equal diameter three-way and equal diameter four-way connected by pipe joints and the deviation of the non-perpendicularity of the inner hole center lines of equal diameter three-way and equal diameter four-way connected by flanges shall be ≤0.3mm within a length of 100mm. 4.7The deviation of the non-coaxiality of the end thread center lines of equal diameter three-way and equal diameter four-way connected by pipe joints shall be ≤0.15mm. 4.8 The bolt hole distribution and center line of the two vertical surfaces of the flange-connected equal-diameter tees and equal-diameter crosses: the four bolt holes are staggered by 45°; the six bolt holes are staggered by 30°
4.9 The tolerance of the machining dimensions not specified shall comply with GB/T1804. Measures shall be taken to prevent biting of the threaded part. 4.109
Equal-diameter tees and equal-diameter crosses shall be chemically treated to prevent atmospheric corrosion. 4.11
Equal-diameter tees and equal-diameter crosses shall be stamped with a steel stamp on the side of the square body, and the stamp content shall be: JB/T1308.19 specification/batch number. 4.12
The ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection and other technical requirements of equal-diameter tees and equal-diameter crosses shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1308.2. 4.13
