2.4.2 There shall be no warping greater than 20mm in each 1m single corrugated cardboard. 2.4.3 The thickness of single corrugated cardboard shall not be less than the limit value of the corresponding corrugation height specified in Table 4. The thickness of double corrugated cardboard shall not be less than the limit value of the corresponding corrugation height specified in Table 4. , cannot be lower than the sum of the upper limits of the heights of the two corresponding corrugations. 2.4.4 The specifications and dimensions of the corrugated board shall comply with the provisions of the order contract. The unbonded and irregular parts at both ends of the board shall not exceed 8mm.
3 Acceptance rules
3.1 Corrugated board shall be delivered in batches. The manufacturer shall ensure that the corrugated board shipped meets the requirements of this standard and issue a certificate of conformity. 3.2 The buyer shall conduct acceptance in accordance with this standard. When it is found that the top index does not meet the requirements of this standard, the unqualified index may be retested. 39. If any of the seven main technical indicators of the bursting strength, puncture strength, edge pressure strength, bonding strength, specifications, moisture and thickness of the corrugated board is unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 4 Packaging, transportation and storage
4.1 The manufacturer shall package the corrugated board according to the requirements of the user. 4.2 It should be ensured that the corrugated board is not directly affected by rain, wind, exposure and pollution during transportation. Do not drop from heights during loading and unloading, and do not use tools that may affect product quality. 4.3 Storage warehouses should be kept ventilated and dry, and short-term exposure to the sun must have good protective measures such as bitterness and padding. Test method
(Supplement)
A.1 Sampling and sample pretreatment: Sampling and pretreatment shall be carried out in accordance with (GB450-79 "Method for taking average samples of paper and paperboard and treatment of samples before inspection".
A.2 Determination of moisture content: Determine the moisture content in accordance with GB462-79 "Determination of moisture content in paper and paperboard". However, the sampling quantity shall not be less than 50g, the sample size shall be 150×100mm, and the weighing accuracy shall be 0.1g. A.3 Determination of burst resistance: Determine the burst resistance of corrugated paperboard in accordance with GB1539-79 "Determination of burst resistance of paperboard". However, the sample clamping should be controlled Pressure: 4kg for single corrugated board, 8kg for double corrugated board. A.4 Determination of puncture strength: Determine the puncture strength of corrugated board according to GB2679,7-81 "Determination of puncture strength of corrugated board". A.5 Determination of thickness: Determine according to the thickness determination method of corrugated board. A.6 Determination of edge pressure strength: Determine according to the edge pressure strength determination method of corrugated board. A. Determination of adhesive strength: Determine according to the adhesive strength determination method of corrugated board. Additional remarks:
