WGD/T 2414. 1—1998
This standard is formulated on the basis of GB/T2414—1981 "Test methods for the propertiesof piezoelectric ceramics
Radial extension vibration mode for disk Compared with GB/T 2414--1981, this standard has been revised as follows: 1. The radial stretching vibration mode of the disc and the horizontal stretching vibration mode of the strip are separated into two standards. The name of this standard is "Test Method for Properties of Piezoelectric Ceramic Materials - Radial Stretching Vibration Mode of Piezoelectric Ceramic Discs"; 2. The relevant contents of "Test of Temperature Stability of Sequential Rate", "Test of Aging Rate A per Decade", "Test of Overtone Rate" and "Calculation of Poisson's Ratio" which have become independent national standards have been deleted; 3. In accordance with the provisions of GB/T1.1-1993, the foreword has been added, and the standard contents and their order specified in "Test Method" as an independent standard have been edited, etc.
4. The "bridge method" has been added to the test method
5. The test environment conditions have been modified;
the symbol table has been deleted,
the approximate calculation part of the mechanical quality factor Q value and Appendix 5 "Correction coefficient table of mechanical quality factor Q. value" have been deleted. 7
Delete Appendix 3\, ~~Af/f, corresponding to the part of Af/f.20.400 in the numerical table\. 8
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are both standard appendices. This standard replaces GB/T 2414-1981 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Ferroelectric and Piezoelectric Ceramics. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Ferroelectric and Piezoelectric Ceramics. This standard was drafted by Danyi 72 Factory.

The terms and symbols used in this standard shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3389.1. 4 Test principles
4.1 Identification circuit and characteristic frequency
The electromechanical properties of a piezoelectric free-moving single-mode waveguide near its frequency spectrum can be represented by an isotropic circuit. The isotropic circuit is composed of a dynamic capacitor C, a dynamic resistor L1, and a parallel capacitor C1. These potentials can be considered to be independent of the frequency near the modulation frequency. Xie 1 Equivalent circuit
According to the equivalent circuit shown in Figure 1, the admittance of the piezoelectric trap can be expressed by formula (1): Y - jac + k, +ol,-i7acp \y, +Y, the admittance of the parallel branch Y.-j4C.,S;
In the formula, Y—
the admittance of the intermediate branch, Y\R,+JaL,-/a,s; Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on November 10, 1998
Implementation on July 1, 1999
W angular frequency, rad/s.
GB/T 2414.11998
On the conductance-susceptance coordinate plane, with the change of the frequency, the admittance Y of the series branch, the trajectory of the vector terminal is a circle. When the mechanical quality factor Q. When nC. is large, the change of nC. in the resonance region is very small, so it can be regarded as a constant. When the dielectric loss is not considered, the national diagram of the piezoelectric ceramic vibrator admittance Y is shown in Figure 2:
Figure 2 Admittance diagram
From the admittance circle diagram in Figure 2, the following six characteristic frequencies can be obtained: parallel resonance frequency:
parallel spectrum resonance frequency: Www.bzxZ.net
resonance frequency (susceptance equals zero),
anti-resonance frequency (susceptance equals zero)
-maximum admittance frequency (minimum impedance frequency), F
f. Minimum admittance frequency (maximum anti-frequency) In general, fm
