3 Product classification
3.1 Varieties

4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Performance in Use
4.1.1 Flexibility
The handle and the handle support should swing freely when assembled.
4.1.2 Durability

4.1.2.1 Under the specified tensile strength index, the product shall not be allowed to break or deform significantly. The tensile strength shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

4.1.2.2 Firmness: When tested according to the specified method, the handle shall not fall off or be damaged. 4.2 Appearance requirements
4.2.1 The electroplated surface should be bright, and no burning, blistering, peeling, missing plating, obvious scratches or pinholes are allowed. 140
4.2.2 Plastic parts should be smooth and have uniform color. No bubbles, cracks, obvious shrinkage collapse, flash, or scratches are allowed. The parting line should be uniform and without obvious protrusions.
4.2.3 The arc of the shape is natural, without high or low skew, and no obvious deformation. 4.3 Electroplating quality requirements
4.3.1 The bonding strength shall be tested according to the prescribed method, and the coating shall not be lifted or fallen off. 4.3.2 The corrosion resistance shall be evaluated according to GB/T5944, and the corrosion resistance rate level shall be greater than level 5. 5 Test method
5.1 Flexibility
Manual swing shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1.1. 5.2 Durability
5.2.1 The tensile test or load test with a tensile testing machine shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1.2.1. 5.2.2 Firmness test method: simulate the use state, and the manual test shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1.2.2. 5.3 Plating quality
5.3.1 The bonding strength shall be tested according to the heating method in GB/T5933. 5.3.2 Corrosion resistance shall be tested according to GB/T5938, with a spray cycle of 18h. 5.4 Other indicators shall be sensory measured under 7501x conditions. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products shall be inspected batch by batch by the inspection department of the manufacturer. Any product that meets the performance requirements of this standard but has a slight defect in one of the appearance requirements shall be regarded as a qualified product and allowed to leave the factory only with a certificate of conformity. 6.3 The number of random inspections shall be 2% of the total number of each batch, but not less than 2 pieces. If unqualified, double sampling shall be conducted for re-inspection. If it still does not meet this standard, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. Unqualified products may be returned for repair and re-inspection before leaving the factory. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The packaging box should be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, specification model, quantity, and production date. 7.2 Packaging
Packaging is divided into inner and outer packaging. Neutral soft paper should be used for inner packaging. The product must not be loose in the box. The product certificate is attached. The outer packaging must be firm.
7.3 Transportation
During transportation, it should be handled with care. It is strictly forbidden to expose it to the sun, rain, or moisture. 7.4 Storage
It should be placed in a dry and ventilated room. It should not be stored together with oil, acid, alkali or other corrosive items. The product should be at least 300mm away from the ground and the wall.
