2.1 Only those who pass all items 1 to 9 in the above table can be applied to farmland; among items 10 to 15, if any --For those who fail one item and pass the other five items, the requirements may be relaxed appropriately. However, the value of unqualified items shall not be lower than the average value of waste in our country. That is, the organic matter is not less than 8%, the total nitrogen is not less than 0.4%, the total phosphorus is not less than 0.2%, the total potassium is not less than 0.8%, the highest pH value is no more than 9, the lowest is no less than 6, and the highest moisture content is no more than 40%. || tt | No more than 4t, no more than 31 for sandy soil. It is recommended to be applied on flowers, grassland, gardens, new vegetable fields and sticky ground. It should not be applied to gravel soil, old vegetable fields, and paddy fields with a gravel content of more than 30% and a clay content of less than 15%. 2.3 For garbage items 1 to 9 in the table that are close to this standard value, the dosage should be halved when applied. 3. Supervision and implementation of standards
3.1 Agriculture, sanitation and environmental protection departments must conduct long-term fixed-point monitoring of soil and crops used for agricultural purposes in urban landfills. The agricultural department establishes monitoring points, and the environmental sanitation department provides standardized urban garbage. Environmental protection Department provides effective supervision. 3.2 When it is found that the application of garbage causes soil pollution, water pollution, or affects the growth and development of crops and harmful substances in agricultural products exceed food hygiene standards, the application of garbage must be stopped and reported to the relevant departments. 3.3 Before the promulgation of the national standard for analysis methods, temporarily refer to the "Agricultural Monitoring and Analysis Methods for Urban Waste" for monitoring. Additional notes:
This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of the People's Republic of China. This standard is drafted by the Soil and Fertilizer Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
