3.【When using this standard, refer to the relevant provisions of GB/T7421.1. Especially the installation before inspection, the idling temperature rise of the main and other parts, the inspection method and the inspection accuracy of the tool 3.2 Refer to the provisions of 3.1 in GB/T17421.1-1998. 3.3 Before inspection, the installation and disassembly of the tool and the inspection should be convenient. The actual inspection order of the inspection items should be arranged. 3.4 When the measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the length of the measuring plate should be converted according to the provisions of 2.3.1.1 in GB/T17421.11998. When the conversion result is less than 0.001mm, it should be calculated as 0.001mm. 3.5 Working accuracy inspection system, the inspection of the test piece should be carried out after precision stepping. 3.6 Type II (suspended type) machine tools refer to machines where the grinding wheel spindle is supported on one side of the base wheel. 3.7 Type II (double-supported type) machine tools refer to machines where the grinding wheel spindle is supported on both sides of the grinding wheel. 3.8 The inspection points can be increased or decreased according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer.
