The order of accuracy inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to facilitate the installation and disassembly of inspection tools and inspection, the inspection can be carried out in any order.
For simplicity, the schematic diagrams in the two chapters of pre-adjustment inspection and geometric accuracy inspection in this standard are attached with a form of machine tool schematic diagram. 1—General requirements
1.1 When using this standard, refer to JB2670-82 "General Rules for Precision Inspection of Metal Cutting Machine Tools", especially the installation before inspection, idling temperature rise of the spindle and other moving parts, inspection methods and the accuracy of the inspection process. 1.21 When performing precision inspection, the test piece should be inspected after fine grinding. 1.3 When the measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance should be converted according to the length that can be measured in accordance with the provisions of Item 2.3.1.1 of JB2670. When the conversion result is less than 0.001mm, it is still calculated as 0.001mm. 1.4 Before inspecting the accuracy of the machine tool, the machine tool must be leveled according to the method specified by the manufacturer. 1.5 According to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the inspection items can be increased or decreased.
