This standard specifies the structure and display of the Chinese standard audiovisual product code, which is applicable to audiovisual products recorded and published by audiovisual product publishers registered in China, so that each audiovisual product and each independent program contained in it can obtain a unique International Standard Audiovisual Product Code (ISRC) and have obvious category distinction. The use of this code not only creates convenient conditions for the scientific management and information exchange of audiovisual product publishing, distribution and collection departments, but also facilitates the protection of audiovisual product plates and market management.
