This standard specifies the terminology, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pulleys used for V-belt transmission of internal combustion engine cooling water tickets.

The cross section of the ordinary V pulley groove is shown in Figure 1, and the cross section of the narrow V pulley and AV pulley groove is shown in Figure 2. The groove size and wheel angle of the pulley are shown in the table 1 and Table 2.

The allowable deviation of the groove angle of the wheel groove is ±30°.
4.6 The surface roughness parameter R on both sides of the wheel groove is 3.2μm. 4.7 The radial and axial runout tolerance of both sides of the wheel groove facing the pulley axis is 0.40mm. 4.8 When measuring the cross-ball dimension K of a multi-groove pulley with a measuring rod, the K value of each groove of the same pulley should be consistent. The tolerance value is 0.05mm for every 25mm diameter, and the maximum value shall not exceed 0.30mm. 4.9 The symmetry plane of any cut surface of the wheel groove forms an angle of 90° with the plane passing through the pulley axis, and the maximum deviation is ±2°. 4.10 The requirements for pulley balance should be in accordance with GB11357. 4.11 The pulley is not allowed to have cracks, and the wheel grooves and positioning holes are not allowed to have casting defects such as bubbles and dents. The maximum thinning at the groove root of the sheet pulley must not be greater than 15% of the actual size of the sheet. The maximum thinning at the corners shall not be greater than 10%. 4.12 Narrow V-belts must not be used on pulleys specially designed for Botong V-belts. 4.13 The dimensional accuracy of the mounting positioning hole for the sheet-made pulley is IT9. 4.14 The pulley must be treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
5 Inspection Methods
5.1 Groove Angle Inspection

5.2 The distance between the centerline of the pulley groove and the datum plane can be detected with a special height measuring instrument. 5.3 The inspection of the reference diameter d is calculated according to the formula (1). d.=K-2X
In the formula, K---the outside of the two parallel measuring rods as shown in Figure 5 The distance between the cut planes is measured according to the correction value found in Table 1 and the diameter of the measuring rod as shown in Figure 1:

5.5 The radial runout and axial runout of the wheel groove can be detected with special measuring tools. 6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Products must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory. 6.2 Factory inspection
Before leaving the factory, the pulley should be inspected according to the provisions of 4.5~4.8 and 4.13. 6.3 Type inspection
Manufacturers should conduct type inspection of products once a year in accordance with the technical requirements specified in this standard. 4

6.4, the pulleys are delivered and accepted in batches, and the delivery acceptance items are the same as the factory tests. When the ordering unit randomly inspects product quality, it should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828, using general inspection level 1, and its qualified quality level AQL value shall be negotiated by both parties. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1.1 The product should be marked,

Each product should be packaged individually and then put into wooden boxes (or corrugated cartons). It should be ensured that the products are not damaged during transportation and storage. 7.2.2
The packaging box should be accompanied by a packing list signed by the manufacturer's packer. The product name, model, quantity and packaging should be noted on the packing list. Each product in the packaging box should be accompanied by a product certificate signed by the manufacturer's quality inspector. The certificate should indicate the name of the manufacturer;
product name and model;
date of manufacture and factory number.
The packaging box should be marked:

7.3 Transportation
Products that are well packaged should be allowed to be transported by any positive belt method. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal storage conditions, it should not rust within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory. Additional instructions:
