The dimensions of the plane outer dimension is 121mm×1m: the height dimension shall be generally below 2200mm. Cut the pallet fully and apply the maximum allowable load of 1.0 grams to the supporting part of the pallet to check for deformation. 7.3 Water strength test of stackable pallet
Apply external force to the length and width of the pallet on the second layer respectively, the smaller of which is one tenth of the maximum allowable stacking mass, to check whether there is any abnormal banding at the joint of the component, see Figure 3.

7.4 Pascal pallet measurement board visibility test
Fill the pallet with evenly distributed loads equivalent to the maximum load: according to the method of GB/T4857.11--102, place the pallet flat on the car of the incline testing machine and fix it, and conduct the test with 3 degrees of acceleration to check whether the pallet has light or not: the test is divided into stages, see Figure 4.

7.5 Stability performance test of wheeled box type pallet
Under loaded conditions, place the wheeled pin type bracket on the inclined plane. Fix the wheels with appropriate methods, install them, and check if there is any change in the tilting. The wheeled box type pallet should be tested in the direction that is most likely to tip over, see Figure 5.

B.1 Each pallet should be equipped with a nameplate at an appropriate position, indicating: 1) product name; 2) rated weight, k; 3) white weight, hg! 4) size (width x height, mm) 5) manufacturer, month and year of manufacture 6) date of manufacture 7) 2. Pallets should be properly packaged and protected. Pallets should be neatly arranged during storage and transportation to prevent accidents caused by mechanical problems.
