Replaces GB/T 9113.16~9113.20---1988This standard specifies the types and dimensions of integral steel pipe flanges with groove face with nominal pressure PN of 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3, 10.0, 16.0MPa and PN of 5.0, 11.0, 15.0 and 26.0MPa. This standard is applicable to integral steel pipe flanges with groove face with nominal pressure PN1.6~PN26.0MPa. 2 Referenced Standards

3.1 PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, PN6.3, PN10.0 and PN16.0 MPa The type of integral steel pipe flanges with groove surface shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 6. 3.2 PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0 and PN26.0 MPa The type of integral steel pipe flanges with groove surface shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2. The dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 7 to 10.
4 Technical requirements for flanges
4.1 The technical requirements for flanges shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124. 4.2 The maximum non-impact working pressure of the flange at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Standard Appendix) of GB/T9124-2000.
